Aurafé Expansion Group is on the lookout for an energetic, people-focused Brand Activation Assistant to join our growing team. If you're passionate about connecting with people and want to make an impact through face-to-face marketing campaigns, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Representing client brands at live events, promotional activities, retail locations, and public venues.
\n
• Engaging with prospective customers and supporters through genuine, face-to-face conversations.
\n
• Bringing brand campaigns to life by explaining products, services, and campaign initiatives clearly and confidently.
\n
• Building relationships, answering questions, and helping interested people sign up as customers or supporters.
\n
• Supporting customer and supporter acquisition goals while working closely with teammates to deliver successful campaigns.
\n
• Learning how brand activations operate, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as your experience develops.
\n

• A people person with strong communication skills and a flair for relationship-building.

• Highly organized with great attention to detail (you'll thrive in fast-paced environments).

• Comfortable approaching new people, starting conversations, and representing brands professionally.

• Passionate about events, marketing, brand experiences, and working directly with people.
\n
• A dependable, proactive individual who enjoys teamwork and is open to coaching.
\n
• Someone motivated to develop professionally and potentially take on leadership responsibilities as they gain experience.
\n

No previous experience is required. Full training is provided. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or marketing is a bonus, but enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are what matter most.
