Job Description
Established custom cabinet and architectural millwork shop is looking for cabinet installers to join our team. We offer consistent year-round work and are currently booking projects into Q2 of next year.
We specialize in high-end custom residential cabinetry and millwork, including frameless cabinetry, flush-inset cabinetry, closets, architectural millwork, and occasional furniture.
Experienced Cabinet Installer $34–$35/hour (4+ years experience)
-Extensive experience installing custom cabinetry and architectural millwork.
-Able to independently manage installations from start to completion.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Must provide own professional installation tool kit.
Mid-Level Cabinet Installer $30–$32/hour (2-4 years experience)
-Experience installing cabinetry and performing finish carpentry.
-Able to work efficiently alongside a lead installer.
-Good understanding of tools, installation methods, and quality standards.
-Willingness to learn and develop advanced installation skills.
-Motivated to develop into a lead installer role.
Requirements
-Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
-Reliable transportation to and from work and local job sites.
-Ability to safely perform the physical duties of cabinet installation, with or without reasonable accommodation.
-Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Travel: Based out of our Sacramento facility, with installations primarily throughout the greater Sacramento region. Occasional out-of-town projects may require travel.
