In this role, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of imaging and ensuring accuracy of all files. You are a self-starter and take the initiative to efficiently prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported to ensuring high quality control. Serving as a mentor is your passion and you enjoy having the responsibility of training less tenured staff members.What you’ll do:Prepare and process all documents to be scanned or imported by achieving quality controlIndex documents after they have been scannedResearches and corrects any errors found during the scanning or prepping phasesCommunicate with other specialists to ensure the exactness and integrity of imagesAlways take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomesWhat you’ll need: Loan documentation experienceTime management skillsAbility to communicate effectively and professionallyStrong communication skillsDetail-OrientedProficient in Microsoft computer applicationsAdditional Preferred Skills:SHAW Loan System experienceWorking knowledge of back office loan imaging systemsOur Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
