  Position Overview:

  We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position involves a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and assisting staff with daily tasks.

  Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office filing systems both electronically and physically.
  • Assist in preparing and processing correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Support other administrative staff and departments as required.

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
