For additional information, visit us at Description͏Lead multiple concurrent integration programs across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, middleware, APIs, and vendor platforms.Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, and success criteria.Drive governance, program reviews, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.Ensure delivery excellence across schedule, budget, scope, and quality.Govern end-to-end implementation of enterprise integration solutions using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native integration platforms.Manage dependencies across application, infrastructure, security, network, and data teams.Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and vendor partners.Present program status, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and vendor engagements.Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.Establish program metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.͏Participate and assist teams in Release Planning Meetings to help synchronize between teams across locationsBuilding synergies between scrum teams across locations and simplifying the interface between SoSM, Scrum Teams and other stakeholdersParticipate in LOB level Scrum of Scrum meetings and Governance meetings of all the Programs he/she is responsible forHighlight the risk and dependencies across all programs in the LOB to ensure achievement of release goals. Resolve impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution Resolve and further escalate impediments across teams to a minimum and ensuring ZERO impact on the overall Release schedule Responsible for CSAT as per organization norms and expectations. Ensure EWS, customer escalations and escalation resolution as per organization normsEnabling collaboration between Dev, Ops and other stakeholders to ensure availability of required environment Interact with Agile Line Manager to resolve internal impediments related to people and operationsExpand the Wipro footprint / ensure repeat business in the LOBCommunicate team success to client and Wipro stakeholders and leadershipParticipate in CoP initiatives in Wipro / accountRepresent the account in internal forums at a vertical / BU level (APR / QBR / MBR etc.)Responsible for performance management of SoSMs, Technical / System Architects, Product Owner and Agile Line Managers Responsible for bulge, account profitability, cash flow, and Value at riskEnsure resource forecast accuracyResponsible for invoicing (if SOW is at program level)Approves PDMR (if SoSM / ALM is not available)͏͏Mandatory Skills: Program Management. Experience: >10 YEARS.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $277,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
