Experienced Tile & Remodeling Finisher

Sanctum Home is hiring an experienced Tile & Remodeling Finisher to join our residential remodeling team.

We specialize in quality residential renovations, including bathrooms, kitchens, and high-end remodeling projects. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands proper installation practices, and can produce professional finished results without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities

The right candidate should be experienced in:

• Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile installation
• Tile layout, cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing
• Proper shower and wet-area waterproofing
• Shower pans, niches, curbs, and bathroom installations
• LVP, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring installation
• Drywall/Sheetrock installation and repair
• Drywall finishing, taping, mudding, and patching
• Interior painting and finish work
• Basic carpentry and remodeling-related repairs
• Working in occupied homes while keeping the jobsite clean and professional
• Reading plans, measurements, and project specifications
• Understanding the quality standards required for higher-end residential remodeling

What We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level position.

Applicants must have a proven track record in residential remodeling and finish work. We are looking for someone who understands how a finished project should look and can identify and solve problems in the field.

You should have:

• Several years of hands-on remodeling experience
• Strong tile installation experience
• Knowledge of proper waterproofing systems and installation methods
• Experience completing bathrooms and other finished residential spaces
• Attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Your own tools
• Ability to work independently as well as with a remodeling crew
• Strong communication and professionalism around homeowners
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Photos of completed tile, bathroom, flooring, or remodeling projects are strongly preferred.
