QLM Search is partnering a specialist ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director / Senior KAM. Reporting to the Business Unit President and forming part of the commercial leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Plant based Ingredient portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Leader / Director / Senior Manager within the B2B Food Ingredients (Plant based is a MUST HAVE / non-negotiable category) and will have excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
