If you are looking for a meaningful career, a culture of excellence, and the ability to make a difference, we want to talk to you!Titan Security is currently hiring a Part-Time Security Lieutenant to work at an Industrial location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.Responsibilities include but are no limited to:Oversee security gates, dock officers, patrol officers, and special details.Develop curriculum, run training/drills, and maintain audit-ready documentation.Fill in for the Site Manager (in their absence) or open Shift Security Captain positions.Trained to cover any position under their supervision.Provide detailed information on vehicle inspectionsDocument departmental pre-operational vehicle checksProvide both departmental vehicle inventories and general departmental inventories.Review traffic enforcement, specifically including a summary of written tickets.Provide a summary of patrol activities.Conduct and report on an audit of building inspections.Provide a summary of active security systems and any equipment impairments.Outline a summary of safety concerns.Document a summary of training activities alongside a drill summary.Report a summary of gate paperwork discrepancies.Provide a summary of generated Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Benefits:Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred. Minimum of 2 of Supervisor Experience and Industrial Security experience. Previous MARSEC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.Preferred Certifications: CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-10.Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A list of these job duties is inclusive of, but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time; be able to lift, push, and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned facility; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.Salary & Benefits: Compensation starting at $19.00 per hour plus paid vacation and personal days, medical insurance, dental insurance, life and AD&D insurance, optional life and AD&D insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) match.
