The primary responsibilities would be meeting him when he gets off the school bus, making sure he gets settled in safely, and helping him with his homeworkâespecially **Algebra**. He may also need some encouragement and guidance with staying focused and keeping up with his schoolwork. My son has recently come into my care after a difficult home situation, so he is going through a period of adjustment and has some catching up to do academically and emotionally.
