Required Skills & Experience: Active Arizona Compact RN License and California RN License (Or in the process of obtaining) 8 years of experience in the Clinical Nursing space Minimum 3 years of experience within Case Management Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices, with expertise in regulatory guidelines, pain management, and behavioral health. CCM Certification (or ability to obtain in the first 6-12 months of employment)
